Arrest for ninth suspect involved in terrorist attack near Moscow

The Basmanni Court of Moscow sent this Friday to preventive detention for two months a ninth person allegedly linked to the March 22 attack at a concert hall on the outskirts of Moscowwhich left at least 144 people dead.
