Ecuador: at least 7 dead and 12 injured in armed attack in Guasmo sur, Guayaquil

At least seven people died and another 12 were injured in an armed attack that occurred on Saturday night in the coastal province of Guayas, located southwest of Ecuadora country that has been in a state of emergency since last January as a measure to curb the increase in violence.

This was pointed out by the newspaper El Universo, Guayaquilwhich highlighted that Two of the victims died at the scene of the attack and the other five in hospital.
