The United States intercepts some Iranian drones launched in Israel, according to US media

U.S intercepted some of the drones launched by Iran against Israelaccording to official US sources reported to local media.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard said Saturday it launched an attack with dozens of missiles and drones against Israel in response to the bombing of the Iranian consulate in Syria last week.

The United States believes that between 400 and 500 drones and missiles will be launched from Iraq, Syria and southern Lebanon, but that the majority will be launched from Iran, according to ABC News.

Sources cited by ABC News and CNN did not specify how many drones were intercepted. or where the shooting occurred and limited themselves to highlighting that US air defenses in the region had acted against Iranian devices.

U.S It has several air defense systems in the region capable of acting against drones and missiles.
