Trump complains about the gag law that does not allow him to respond to attacks on television

The former president donald trumpwho faces the second day of a historic trial against him this Tuesday, complained on his Social Truth network about suffering from a gag law that does not allow him to respond to all “lies and vomit” that he receives on television programs.

Trump refers to the ban that the judge imposed on him, under penalty of a fine, from writing about witnesses, members of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the judiciary, as well as family members of the former, after the tycoon had referred in a derogatory way to the judge’s daughter Juan Merchan for his Democratic sympathies.

This conflicted judge, who hates Trump, does not allow me to respond to the people who are on television lying and spewing hate throughout the day (…) I want to speak, or at least I have the right to respond“, he said.

For Trump, this gag rule is a symptom that New York there is a system of ‘justice’ (the quotation marks are theirs) that is being “decimated by criticism from across the planet”.

But the persistence of this gag law has, according to him, an explanation: “Election interference!“, he wrote. “MY TRIAL IS AN ASSAULT ON AMERICA”, he concluded.
