Brother of Jalisco Cartel’s top drug trafficker arrested in Mexico

Brother of Nemesio “El Mencho” Oseguera, leader of the powerful Jalisco New Generation Cartelwas arrested on Sunday at authorities Mexicanwho accuse him of coordinating the logistical and financial activities of that criminal organization dedicated to drug trafficking.

Abraham Osegueraknown as “Dom Rodo”, was arrested by members of Mexican army andfor the National Guard in the municipality of Autlán de Navarro, in the west of the state of Jaliscoreported in a statement this Monday the Secretariat of National defense (Sedena).

The entity added that those captured “He is considered one of the main coordinators of logistical and financial operations of signaldedicated to money laundering and responsible of drug trafficking and sale.”

He added that Abraham Oseguera was transferred for City of Mexico To stay for provision of Public ministry.

From him brother, “El Mencho”, is considered the leader of powerful Signal Jalisco Nova Geração, which is based in that state with the Pacific coast. The organization competes for lucrative drug trafficking routes to the United States with the Signal from Sinaloa.

Jalisco has been shaken by violence linked to organized crime in recent years. It’s about of state with the most missing people: almost 15 thousand of the almost 100 thousand that the government counts National Research Commission all over the country.

Mexicoof 126 million inhabitants, has recorded more than 420 thousand murders since 2006, the majority attributed for criminal organizations.
