“Mission accomplished, damn it!” celebrates José Raúl Mulino, Martinelli’s dolphin, after winning the elections in Panama

“Mission accomplished, damn (…), mission accomplished Ricardo (Martinelli) today proclaimed the winner of the presidential elections in PanamaJosé Raúl Mulino, celebrating his victory in the elections held this Sunday in front of his followers.

“I am not encouraged by confrontation of any kind.”he stated Mulino ensuring that it will seek political consensus and that it will promote “a government that is pro-private business”, but without forgetting those most in need.

The candidacy of Mulino64 years old, was validated by the Electoral Court (TE) forty-eight hours before the elections, recognizing that she could replace the former president as candidate. Ricardo Martinelliwho was disqualified, sentenced to more than ten years in prison for money laundering and has been taking refuge in the Nicaraguan Embassy since last February to avoid arrest.
