Guterres regrets the floods in Brazil and attributes them to the climate crisis

The secretary general of United Nations, António Guterreslamented this Wednesday the serious floods in Brazilwhich has already left 1.5 million people affected and 100 dead in the south of the South American country, and attributed them to the “devastating effects” of the climate crisis.
