On May 3rd, the California Attorney General Rob Bontaissued a notice of default on behalf of the Foundation’s Registrar of Charities and Fundraising Organizations.
According to the document obtained by “People“, the organization was declared in default”for failure to submit required annual reports and/or renewal fees”.
“An organization listed as delinquent is not in good standing and is prohibited from engaging in activities for which registration is required, including the request or disbursement of charitable funds”describes the document.
“The institution may also be subject to sanctions and its registration may be suspended or revoked. After submitting delinquency records, you will be notified of the amount of late payment charges that will be incurred. duty”adds the document to which the publication had access.
The foundation archewell is a non-profit organization registered in California and created by Prince Harry39 years old and Meghan42 years old, after abandoning their functions within the British royal family and established U.S in 2020.
