Guterres reminds Israel that ICJ orders are binding

The secretary general of United Nations, António Guterresreminded Israel this Friday that the orders of the International Court of Justice (ICJin English) are binding, after this court today ordered the Jewish State to “immediately cease” its attacks on RafaSouth of Link.

In addition to emphasizing the obligation to comply with the order of ICJthe Secretary General of the United Nations reported that “will without delay transmit notification of the precautionary measures to the Security Council.”

The main judicial body of the United Nations also asked today Israel cease “any other action in the governance of Rafa This could result in living conditions for Palestinians that would lead to their total or partial physical destruction.”

The ICJ also demanded that the Israeli Executive “guarantee unimpeded access” to the Range of “any mission” that seeks to investigate allegations of genocide against its authorities.
