USA: remains found in Iowa correspond to a child under 11 who disappeared in May

The Poweshiek County Sheriff’s Office in Iowa (USA) confirmed that the human remains found in Montezuma at the end of September belong to the 11-year-old minor Xavior Harrelson, according to CNN.

It should be noted that the schoolboy disappeared on May 27 and now the body was found on September 30 in a rural area, almost 60 miles from where he was last seen.

The officers of the Medical Examiner’s Office were the ones who notified the sheriff, but he did not disclose the cause of death.

It is known that the minor disappeared after attending school, days before the end of the fourth grade.

The school principal, Kurt HannaHe pointed out that the boy was someone very sociable and on the last day he was seen, he said goodbye to his classmates classroom by classroom.

After the minor’s disappearance, the FBI joined the search for the minor, such as 375 volunteers and 125 law enforcement agencies.
