Manhattan authorities, USA, classified as homicide the death of a 22-month-old baby after drugs were detected in his body.

According to El Diario, on June 17 the police found the boy Charles Rosa-Velloso face down on a bed and covered in vomit inside a room at the Urban Family Center shelter in the Lower East Side neighborhood.

The least was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
According to the newly revealed autopsy, the boy died of drug intoxication, or one combination of fentaline, cocaine and para-fluorofentanyl.
El Diario reported that so far no person has been detained.
