Panic in Brazil: 132 passengers evacuated a plane after the flight attendants shouted that “it was going to explode”

The passenger Juliana Amorim reported that during the evacuation they had difficulty opening one of the emergency doors, and that the rear slide had problems to unfold during the escape, according to the local media G1.

“The stewardesses began to say that the plane was going to explode, that the plane had to be evacuated and that sparked despair. No one could open the door, ”Amorim recalled.

In addition, he said that he saw many people injured since the rear slide did not touch the ground. “When I went down the slide the turbine was on, maybe that’s why the slide didn’t open all the way” and “there were people who fell from above”, He revealed.

“People started pushing and I was with a child. They all went down the slide, behind the turbine. I went downstairs, left my baby and went back to look for my wife and she fell and got hurt. Campos indicated that it all started when the plane stopped abruptly. At that time it began to circulate smoke and burning smell inside the fuselage. It was when the stewardess began to shout for everyone to leave the ship as soon as possible.
