Nervousness increased after the White House said Russia now has enough forces to carry out a major military operation against Ukraine, which could start “at any time.”
The comments erased the favorable effect of rising crude prices, which rose more than 3% to a seven-year high, Reuters reported.
In 2021, the US dollar was exchanged at a maximum of 4,033.25 Colombian pesos, while its lowest level was 3,412.80.
