The former premises of the municipal police of Sartrouville (Yvelines) could well become a restaurant. The municipality has launched a call for projects to revive these places, which have been empty since the police moved.
The City wishes to offer it via an emphyteutic lease, i.e. a very long-term acquisition, possibly between 18 and 99 years old, reports 78Actu. “We will analyze the best economic model knowing that we do not necessarily want to sell” indicated to our colleagues Alexandra Dublanche, deputy mayor for commercial attractiveness, institutional partnerships and transport.

The City would like to favor a traditional catering activity, despite the difficulties encountered by professionals, in particular due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Contacts have already been established. The place would lend itself well to it with its surface area of nearly 500 m2, the possibility of creating a terrace and nearby parking.
The idea also appeals to residents, who would like to make this city center more attractive. The future occupant will still have to plan for the major work to be done.
