Single window for companies: professionals demand a restart of the old system

The Galley continues in the new general store for companies, which was hacked in early January and is suffering from crashes. Representatives of the regulated professions, business formalities, asked this Wednesday to fully open the Infogreffe site, an old device.

The French Institute of Chartered Accountants and Auditors (Ifec) published a “white paper” on Wednesday listing numerous failures that could affect the Single Window: “non-existent city or address names, unable to sign, requesting useless documents.” , delegation of payment, obligation to fill in information already transmitted, formalities not confirmed without explanation…”.

The Institute says it collected 3,600 signatures on Jan. 10 from certified public accountants, lawyers, notaries, commercial court clerks, employers and employers’ organizations denouncing these violations.

Professionals do not dispute the one-stop-shop principle, but condemn the conditions for its launch, which, in their opinion, create legal and economic risks for companies that cannot fulfill their formalities. The government has promised that the new platform will be fully operational by the end of February.

“It didn’t work before the hack”

“It’s a scandal, we might be taken for fools,” Ifec President Christophe Prym enthused during a press conference the day after SME Ministerial Delegate Olivia Grégoire made a statement to the Assembly, acknowledging the “difficulties” on the new platform, but attributing them to a “computer attack”.

Christophe Prim recalled that on December 15, in a letter to Olivia Gregoire, he asked for a delay in entry into force and regretted that he was not heard.

“It doesn’t work there because it was hacked, but it still didn’t work before” On January 1, when going through the INPI website, there was still no mandatory passage to complete company formalities, such as creation, status modification or cancellation, Emmanuel said during the same conference Askin, president of ACE – Lawyers, an association of business consulting firms.

It is necessary to “ask the government to recognize that they may have gone too fast to reopen not partially, but completely the services of Infogreffe” of the commercial courts that have so far managed, in particular, the registration of companies, summed up Wahib Dahmani. , President of the Young Chartered Accountants and Staff Auditors Club (CJEC).
