European stocks rise after the PMIs of the United Kingdom, the United States and the eurozone

The main European stock markets have closed this Wednesday on the rise in a day in which the advanced PMI activity indices for August have been published for Japan (prior to the opening), the euro zone, the United Kingdom and the United States (USA). USA), among others.

The markets have seen today the forward PMI index for August of the euro area, which has reflected a drop to recession levels in the services sector and a rise in manufacturing production that continues to decline, which has resulted in a composite figure of the total activity in regressive zone.

The PMIs for the United Kingdom have also been published, whose composite enters recession after the fall in services and the rise in manufacturing production, and for the United States, with total activity growing slightly due to a services sector that is growing and an industry production that enters into recession.

At the close of the European stock markets, Brent oil, the benchmark in Europe, fell 1.12%, to $83.09 per barrel, and the euro appreciated 0.08%, to $1.0854.

In the debt market, the ten-year German bond, considered the safest, has closed with a yield of 2.512%, 12.7 basis points less than the day before.
