Pantin: new life for Halle Papen, springboard for business with “environmental and social values”

Residents of Quatre-Chemins knew it for three years as Halle Papin, the third place owned by the Soukmachines collective, where gourmets came to cook their sausages on a self-service grill. In 2016, the State Territorial Ensemble Etablissement (EPT) Est Ensemble, the owner of the premises, commissioned this now famous player in transitional urban planning to launch this project in the premises of a former tire and tool factory built on Rue Denis-Papin. , in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis).

The adventure ended in 2019, giving way to the Ateliers Diderot facility, also called La Cité de l’Ecohabiter, a 5,000 m² building combining a business incubator, business hotel, exhibition hall and soon a restaurant.
