On the eve, the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) said that it will create the Vice Presidency of Management and Monitoring that will use the structure called 1×10, which consists of attracting support, by the new Chavista mayors and governors, among its areas management.

“The national leadership has proposed to the president (of the PSUV) Nicolás Maduro, and he gave the instruction to do so, to create a Vice Presidency for Management and Monitoring. The fundamental objective of this management and monitoring vice presidency should be the 1×10 structure, ″ announced the party’s vice president, Diosdado Cabello, in a meeting with Chavista governors.

Cabello indicated that it is about creating a structure that allows Chavista governors and mayors to know, first-hand, the problems related to public services in all communities within their jurisdiction by establishing a “direct” relationship with the heads of the 1×10.

“Party and Government in the same direction. To move forward together, that the party is the fundamental auxiliary of the governors and mayors and of the national government ”, added the vice president of the PSUV.

In this sense, Cabello assured that the 1×10 structure, used in electoral processes to capture votes, is “a strength” and will serve to have “a direct mechanism” between the communities and their leaders.

The official leader assured that they will hold meetings with regional and local governments of the PSUV to deliver proposals and respond to the needs of the Venezuelan people.
