Jon Bon Jovi sells his New York apartment for $22 million

Jon Bon Jovi has decided to part with his modest New York pied-à-terre, a 370 square meter apartment located in the heart of Manhattan. The rocker who is about to blow out his 60th birthday is asking $22 million for this property he bought almost five years ago for $19 million, as Dirt points out.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the apartment is very bright and is distinguished by an oak parquet floor in a dark chocolate hue. Finally, it is located in Greenwich Lane, a complex of highly rated buildings where prominent residents live, such as the stylist Michael Kors or the billionaire Howard Schultz, first shareholder of Starbucks Coffee.

A 43 million dollar villa

At the head of one of the most profitable groups of recent decades, Jon Bon Jovi is also a real estate ace. Less than two years ago, the artist managed to get his hands on a sumptuous 900 square meter villa in Palm Beach, bought for $43 million!

Before that, he had sold a property located in the same area for no less than 20 million dollars. With the sale of his New York apartment, we have to believe that Jon Bon Jovi prefers to have his feet in the water in Florida rather than put up with the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple.
