The Blue Angels announce a concert in Lima to celebrate their 40-year history

The blue Angelsone of the most recognized groups in Mexico, celebrates 40 years of great experience and will embark on a tour of South America with the Iztapalapa tour for the world.

The tour begins in Bolivia on May 27 and will visit countries such as Chile, Argentina, Paraguay and Colombia. In Peru they will be presented on June 9 at Arena Peru.

The celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Mejía-Avante brothers in South America will feature important guests to perform the group’s most iconic songs, as well as their most recent hits: “Cumbia a la gente” and “Otra noche”.

During its time in the United States, the successful tour accumulated more than 20 sold outs around the country, including New York, Dallas, Las Vegas, Chicago and Los Angeles twice. Now they are getting ready to start their “Iztapalapa for the World” tour of South America.

With more than 20 studio albums and four live albums, the Mexican band is considered one of the greatest references in Latin American cumbia. They have collaborated with artists such as Natalia Lafourcade, Ximena Sariñana, Belinda, Julieta Venegas, Miguel Bosé, Palito Ortega, Vicentico, among others.
