Billboard Music Awards 2022: time and channel to see the long-awaited musical event

One of the most anticipated awards. The Billboard Music Awards 2022 will be held this Sunday, May 15, to reward the most listened to artists of the year in 62 important categories.

The event will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas and will feature various artistic presentations. Here we leave you all the details that are known about the gala.

This Sunday the Billboard Music Awards 2022 ceremony will take place and the broadcast of the main gala will begin at 8 pm (Eastern time), which translates to 7 pm in Peru.

What channels will the Billboard broadcast?

The event that rewards the best of music will be broadcast live on the NBC television network in the United States. Meanwhile, the rest of the countries will be able to follow all the incidents of the Billboard Music Awards 2022 on the TNT channel and TNT series.

The great musical event will feature performances by singers such as Burna Boy, Latto, Megan Thee Stallion, Becky G and Silk Sonic; However, the most anticipated show this Sunday is that of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, who returned to the stage this 2022.

In addition, it was learned that BTS would not be traveling to the United States to attend the Billboard Music Awards, despite being nominated in seven categories, including Best Duo or Group. Through a press release from Bighit Music, BTS will not be able to attend due to their schedule of commitments, which would be related to the release of their new album in early June.

In the event that BTS wins an award, Bighit specified that the boyband would be thanking their fans through a pre-recorded video.
