Tito Silva: The creator of “Mi bebito fiu fiu” declares himself a fan of Les Luthiers

Two generations meet. Tito Silva, who went viral on TikTok with his latest song “Mi bebito fiu fiu”, had a surprising encounter with Martin O’Connor and Tato Turano from The Luthiersthe Argentine humorous group that is in Peru due to the next show that will be held this Friday, June 3, at the Plaza Arena del Jockey Plaza del Perú.

The Peruvian musician contacted the veteran artists to conduct an interview and upload it to their social networks, taking advantage of his growing popularity for his latest great success. Being a great follower, they granted him a meeting where he even had the opportunity to show him the work he has been doing on social networks, a fact that surprised the O’Connors and Turano and even made him receive congratulations from them.

Silva spoke with El Comercio about this meeting and confessed that he was about to cry when he saw two of his favorite artists in front of him. “I felt too nervous and had a lot of mixed feelings. I have been a fan of Les Luthiers for many years, and being at that show tomorrow is utopian and epic“, said.

He also expressed that what excited him about Argentine artists is the “ability they have to unite music and humor in such a great, exquisite and intelligent way”, something that curiously he also does. When asked if he was inspired in any way by them, he said that Les Luthiers would undoubtedly influence the career of any musician who followed them.
