Mauricio Mesones released his new album, recorded at the Gran Teatro Nacional

the peruvian singer Mauritius Mesons announced the release of his first album of 2022, entitled “Mauricio Mesones y el Viaje Tropical live from the Gran Teatro Nacional”.

The official video of the album will be presented this June 24 through a live broadcast on Facebook and the website of the Gran Teatro Nacional from 8:00 p.m.

“This is a concert that we did in December of last year with a lot of dedication and heart, presenting my album was a dream. That night was honored by incredible guests who joined me on stage. It is an unforgettable gala that today I want to share with all of Peru”, indicates the artist in a press release.

December 7, 2021 was the date chosen to record this show. At that event, Mauricio shared the stage with José Quiroga from “Aguamarina” to perform the song “Cuando Callas”.

Music is also a means to leave messages of inclusion. While Mauricio Mesones gave voice to the song “I follow you”, Moisés Piscoya did the same interpreting the theme in sign languagethis being the first Peruvian tropical music concert with sign language interpretation.

Continuing with their hard work and the motivation to pay tribute to Peruvian cumbia, Mesones will release the second volume of “Tropical Trip” at the end of 2022. It should be noted that the first received good reviews from critics, earning the Iberomúsica award, which promotes arts and culture.
