November 3 is the new release date for Dune: Part I in the United States as revealed by the HollywoodReporter. A fairly minimal postponement, since the blockbuster directed by Denis Villeneuve was originally scheduled for release on November 17 across the Atlantic. But after the past few years with all-out reports because of the pandemic, it’s a rare enough fact to note it!
Sequel to adaptation of Frank Herbert’s novel takes the slot originally planned for the new film Blade with Mahershala Ali. Indeed, the Marvel feature film having lost its director recently, its shooting has been put on hold.
The French public favored
Anyway, more than a year separates us from this second opus in which we will find Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya, Josh Brolin and Javier Bardem. Not to mention the newcomers, including Florence Pugh, Austin Butler and Christopher Walken.
The icing on the cake, the French release date suffered the same fate and the film will be released on November 1 instead of November 15.
