Coldplay: Peru is last in the ranking of returns of magic bracelets in South America

Coldplay continues to make history with its ‘Music of the Spheres’ world tour and has already given 6 of its 10 concerts in Argentina. During their last presentation, the band announced the percentage of magic bracelets that their fans have returned during their tour of South America, and the statistics are not favorable for Peru.

Peru is the country that returned the least “magic bracelets”, and that is that only 82% of all those who attended the British band’s concert in Lima returned the famous Xylobands.

The ranking of returns is led by Argentina with 94%. It is followed by Santiago de Chile with 86% and the third place is for Bogotá (Colombia) with 85%.

This data was shared on Twitter by the Coldplayers in Town account, along with a photo of the poster that showed the list of percentages, the same one that was placed on one side of the stage.

As is known, the band led by Chris Martin offers a visually impressive show thanks to the use of ‘xylobands’, which aims to make the public part of the show.

The wristbands that attendees receive at the entrance are timed to light up and change color to the beat of the music during the concert, for example, when the band performs the song Yellow, all the xylobands light up yellow.

Those responsible for making them work are the staff members. To do this, they place the radiofrequency emitters that make them work at strategic points in the event venue.

Thanks to these devices created in the United Kingdom, the band achieves impressive visual spectacles and also connects in a more intimate way with the audience.

After the Coldplay show is over, attendees are recommended to leave the xylobands in small boxes placed at the exit of each concert, this to avoid plastic contamination. In this way, the band will be able to reuse them and thus contribute to caring for the environment.
