The Rolling Stones have joined the online platform TikTok, thus allowing content creators for the first time to use iconic songs from the British group in their recordings.
Users of the popular social network can now create versions and remixes of hits like “Start Me Up” or “It’s Only Rock ‘N Roll (But I Like It)”, which are already available on the network.
In addition, the leader of the veteran British group, Mick Jagger, will also launch a profile on that digital platform, where he will join the Stones guitarist, Keith Richards, who joined TikTok last year.
Followers of the legendary rock group will be able to follow the accounts of both artists, as well as the band’s official channel, where exclusive content of concerts or studio recording sessions will be broadcast.
On TikTok, Jagger can be found as @jagger; @officialkeef to Richards and the band at @TheRollingStones.
To celebrate Jagger’s just joining this digital site, TikTok will launch the official hashtag #TheRollingStones.
Followers on TikTok will also be able to enjoy a new playlist made by the band, with 44 songs from the Stones’ catalogue, with songs like “Start Me Up”, “Angie” or “Beast Of Burden”.
