“Ballerina”: Ana de Armas will star in the spin-off of “John Wick”

The production company Lionsgate confirmed this Tuesday that “Ballerina”, the spin-off of the Keanu Reeves action franchise “john wick”, will hit theaters in June 2024. In addition, it was learned that the film will star the Spanish-Cuban actress Ana de Armas.

Lionsgate established that his next film “Ballerina”, from the “John Wick” universe, will premiere on Friday, June 7 of next year.

In “Ballerina”, whose script was written by Shay Hatten, Ana De Armas (as we mentioned lines above) will play a murderer. She has been trained in the traditions of the Ruska Roma; group that is “the family” where John Wick was formed to become the deadliest assassin in the world.

In this upcoming action movie, De Armas’ character will show his tactical skills to take revenge on his enemies when he finds out that his entire family has been murdered.

Although Lionsgate has not yet revealed more details about the characters in “Ballerina”, it is known that the protagonist will be Ana de Armas, who will be accompanied by Anjelica Houston and Gabriel Byrne. It will also see the return of Keanu Reeves to the franchise.
