Mar de Copas will celebrate its 30 years of experience with a national tour

the national grouping Sea of ​​Cups celebrates its thirtieth anniversary this 2023, so it has thought of various activities to celebrate in style. Throughout the year, the band has prepared 10 surprises, including a national tour with a 30-song show and a staging very different from the others.

The tour is called “The Soundtrack of a Life”, which seeks to pay tribute to the national group. So far, more than 10 cities have been confirmed on the tour, with the center date being July 7 at the Parque de la Exposición Amphitheater in Lima.

As part of the celebrations, Mar de Copas also announced its return to the studio to record a new album after more than six years.

In addition, as part of their anniversary commemoration, the band has announced the release of a series of music videos for their most popular songs, which until now have not had one. The first song to have a video will be the hit, “La máquina del tiempo”, which belongs to the album Suna (1999).

The national tour of Mar de Copas, so far, will visit cities such as Huaraz, Cusco, Cajamarca, Arequipa, Lima, Juliaca, Huancayo, Huancavelica, Ayacucho and Pucallpa. The starting point will be May 13 at the Huascarán Hotel in Huaraz.
