Ryan Gosling expresses the feelings of ‘Ken’ in a funny song for the movie “Barbie”

Shortly after the premiere of “Barbie” in the cinemas of the world the long-awaited song that ryan gosling will play in the film. Through the different digital platforms, “I’m just Ken” was released, the dramatic and emotional theme that expresses Ken’s most hidden feelings.

The theme shared on digital platforms, just over a minute and a half long, shows scenes from the film and the lyrics are a love letter to ‘Barbie’ in which he expresses all his feelings for her.

As if that were not enough, this song also means the collaboration with the iconic musician Slash, who will accompany actor Ryan Gosling playing the guitar in the anthem that unites all Ken.

“I don’t know who I am without you. It’s always Barbie and Ken. It’s never just Ken.” is what Gosling’s character mentions before starting to sing his peculiar hymn, where he highlights that it has always been seen as a doll accessory.

In interviews with Variety, Mark Ronson revealed that the Guns N’Roses guitarist is his biggest idol, so he personally asked him if he could join the soundtrack of “Barbie.”

“There is no harm in asking. I sent him the song and he said, ‘this is a good song… Alright, I’ll play on it’”, revealed the producer about how this collaboration was born.

“We hadn’t met before, we went to the studio and talked about music. As he warmed up, I thought, ‘God, this guy is going to rock this song.’ Of course he would. It’s Ken. Who could understand the song better than him.”added Ronson when referring to Gosling and his interpretation.
