“Deadpool 3”: The official trailer of the film breaks a historical record on its first day

The first trailer of the expected ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ became the most viewed of all time with 365 million views in its first 24 hours, as announced this Wednesday by Walt Disney Spain.

The trailer, which was unveiled this Sunday during the Super Vowl celebration, surpassed the trailer for ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ (2021), which accumulated 355 million views on its first day.

In this first trailer for a film that will be released on July 26, you can see the irreverent Deadpool (Ryan Reynolds) celebrating his birthday as Wade Wilson, apparently retired from his adventures as an antihero.

‘Marvel’s Jesus Christ’, as he calls himself, is the protagonist of these first images, in which Wolverine (Hugh Jakcman) only sees his shadow and his back for a couple of seconds.

In this first trailer, Matthew Macfadyen also appears in a delirious scene with Deadpool, who is as fun and wild as in the first two installments.

This will be the third film that Ryan Reynolds will star in as Deadpool, although he played the character for the first time in ‘X-Men Origins: Wolverine’, being part of a team to try to hunt the hero down.

The news of Hugh Jackman’s return as Wolverine, a character that after ‘Logan’ (2017) he had assured that he would not play again, generated enormous interest in this new installment of the ‘Deadpool’ saga, which in the first two grossed 1,568 million dollars at the box office, according to data from the specialized website Box Office Mojo.

The director of ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ is Shawn Levy, responsible for titles such as ‘Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb’ (2014) or ‘Free Guy’ (2021), who also wrote the script alongside Reynodls, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick and Zeb Wells.

The cast is completed with Emma Corrin, Morena Baccarin, Rob Delaney, Leslie Uggams and Karan Soni.
