WAN recently released its debut album, “Moving Forward,” which features production by Jordan Lawlor, former member of the popular alternative rock group M83, and is available on all music platforms. This album represents the artistic evolution of the group through a captivating fusion of sounds and striking lyrics. Inspired by self-improvement, it encapsulates the fight against the ghosts of the past and the resolute determination to move forward into the future.

It should be noted that WAN signed a contract with Warner Chappell Music in 2023, a prominent publishing house that represents world-renowned artists, which marks an important step in the band’s career.

At the beginning of this year the national group performed at the Automatic Noise Festival in Amsterdam and performed an attractive live session on Radio Benelux in Belgium. For the month of March the band has scheduled a performance at The New Colossus Festival and a live session at Leesta Vall, both of which will take place in New York, with the latter performance being recorded directly on vinyl.

WAN recently released its latest single “Raise me up”, which comes after the release of the successful single “Run”, which was part of the Amazon Prime Video Latin America docuseries “Calle y Poché: sin labels”, released in June. The docuseries tells the life of two content creators talking about their lives, their conditions and their relationship with social causes.

After the release of their first album, the shows they performed in Europe and their recent nomination in a prominent international competition, WAN is presented as one of the most interesting bands on the Peruvian music scene and is also projected as one of the promising bands to give the leap to the long-awaited internationalization.
