The renowned Mexican music performer Pepe Aguilar This Friday he published his new studio album, ‘Que Llueva Tequila’, a compendium of thirteen songs that revolve around love and heartbreak, with the sound that characterizes this musician.
The winner of four Grammy and Latin Grammy awards dares in this album to stretch the limits of the genre, as reflected in the song ‘Mira qué dice’, a fusion between rancheras and country music in which accordions and saxophones along with electric guitars.
The album also includes recently released singles, such as ‘Hasta que me dormo’, ‘Corazón a medio día’ and ‘Te confirmo’, among others.
“This collaborative work results in an album that remains faithful to mariachi traditions while incorporating surprising and pleasant elements to the ear,” says a statement released this Friday.
The artist and businessman has produced 38 albums during his career and recorded a total of 34 as an artist, in addition to having placed 18 songs at the top of the Billboard charts.
Aguilar is immersed in the ‘Jaripeo to the bones’ tour, a show that includes traditional elements of jaripeo, such as horseback riding and bullfighting.
