The actor will thus have a special role in bringing the Wizard of Oz to life in the circus show that will premiere on July 19. Tickets are available at Teleticket with a 40% discount starting Friday.
It should be noted that Vivar is no stranger to this character, as 11 years ago he played it in the musical “The Wizard of Oz” in the theater, where he showed his talent for singing and dancing.
In this regard, Ernesto Pimentel expressed his enthusiasm for the return of the circus and the collaboration with Vivar. “Every year we strive to bring the best entertainment to our audiences,” he said.
He then added: “Having Edgard Vivar as the Wizard of Oz is great. I am sure that this season will be unforgettable for everyone. […] We will announce big national stars who will be part of the show.”
On the other hand, he highlighted Vivar’s cultural and artistic contribution. “His talent and charisma bring immense value to our show”he emphasized.
This is not the first time that the Circo de la Chola Chabuca has invited a Mexican star. In 2023, actress Karol Sevilla, star of “Soy Luna”, was invited.
