Solange Martínez-Gonzales is convinced that life is too short to count calories. Since she began her path in healthy food, she has created ‘healthy’ recipes, made with good, natural and nutritious ingredients; but she has never focused on restraint. A few months ago, she returned to offer her creations in a physical space, after completely closing the chapter of Armónica Café, a place that she founded almost a decade ago.

The kitchen of the Jerónimo restaurant opened its doors to Solange, and for a few months they have been offering a healthy and delicious brunch from Friday to Sunday from 8 am to 12 pm. They have several proposals between salty and sweet. We can find pancakes, waffles, croissant with pistachios as well as benedictine veggies and capresse tostones. Their menu is constantly on the move, so this season you will also find Doña Pepa chocolate and nougat in the Solange style.
