- ½ kilo of spaghetti noodles
- 6 hot dogs
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
Cut the hot dog into approximately two-centimeter pieces. The important thing is that you don’t cut it so thin, because it can break when cooking. Take some of the spaghetti noodles that you will use in this preparation and embed it in your hot dogs, taking them to the middle of the noodle. I suggest you embed about three noodles for each piece of hot dog, to make it look more fun at the end. It is clear that you will not use all your pasta, only a part, because the rest of the pasta remains as it is. Parboil the pasta in boiling water with ½ teaspoon of salt. Remember that you do not need oil. You must put the whole pasta, and with the help of a ladle, you submerge it in the hot water, very carefully, so that your hot dog noodles are not ruined. You can see the cooking time al dente on the back of your package. Once ready, strain the noodles and remove all excess water. Booking. Slightly heat the olive oil and add your reserved noodles. Season with salt. You just have to sauté them for about 3 minutes. It’s time to serve, and here you can add the amount of Parmesan cheese that you like the most.
NOTE:
In this recipe you can use the amount and type of hot dog that you like the most. I advise you not to overcook the pasta, the best is al dente pasta.
