Rutina Café: what it is like and what they sell in Carolina Braedt and Bruno Vega’s cafeteria

The news of the separation of the Peruvian ‘influencers’ Caroline Braedt and Bruno Vega has become one of the most talked about trends on social networks, as they were a very popular couple with more than 10 years of relationship and various ventures carried out together. One of them is the Rutina Café cafeteria, which is about to open a new location. In this note we tell you more about this place.

Rutina Café opened its doors in October 2020 at Av. Grau 400, Miraflores. “Drinking coffee is part of our routine every morning. It is a very special moment that we share since we met. For this reason, we wanted to have a space in which we could convey to them what we feel at home with our daily routine”, the couple explains about this business on their official website.

The culinary proposal of this space is based on some of the favorite dishes that the couple found in cafeterias that they visited throughout their travels, since part of Carolina Braedt’s YouTube channel was content of these walks through different cities in Peru and the world he made with Bruno Vega, whom he nicknamed ‘El morsi’.

“A smoothie bowl that transports you to Byron Bay, a Bircher Müsli made by Caro’s maternal grandmother in Berlin to a pain au chocolat that with each bite takes you to a picnic on the banks of the Seine River,” says the website of the cafeteria that highlights the use of Peruvian inputs.

The Rutina Café menu offers everything from proposals in a showcase for a quick visit or something to take away, to breakfasts, dinners, lunches that can be accompanied with coffees, non-alcoholic drinks, juices and cocktails.

The bakery offer ranges from 6 to 16 soles with proposals such as a classic croissant, pain au chocolat or mold seed bread. The empanadas also stand out, which they offer in three types that can be bought in ‘packs’.

Breakfast prices range between 15 and 36 soles: Fruit Salad (18 soles), French Toast (26 soles), Benedictine Eggs (32 soles), Breakfast Croissant (24 soles), Loin Carpaccio (36 soles), among other proposals.

Lunch prices range between 32 and 59 soles. Some of the dishes they offer are Hamburger in Brioche (35 soles), Lomo Saltado (52 soles), Pasta alla Checca (32 soles).

The prices of its coffees range between 7 and 11.50 soles with the classic Espresso, Americano, Cortado, Capuccino, among others.

Currently, the cafeteria is located in two districts:

Av. Grau 400 – Miraflores

Lizardo Alzamora East 260 – San Isidro

But both Carolina Braedt and Bruno Vega have announced in their Instagram stories that they are working to open an office in the Real Plaza de Salaverry:
