This sweet space quickly became known for having one of the best chocolate cakes in Lima, and yes, we vouch for that. It is a pleasure to see the showcases full of chocolates and then take a taste of their desserts: there are different types of pies (burgundy or pecan grapes) as well as mini version cakes (there are more than 20 options on the menu): tres leches, black forest or red fruit cheesecakes. This refuge for sweet cravings and comfort food is run by Nil Cabrera, pastry chef and chocolatier.

It is a small but comfortable space, there are only three tables, whose axis revolves around baked treats. Croissants reign supreme in this cafeteria along with other pastries such as cinnamon rolls, bagels or puff pastry bombs. Behind the proposal is Estefanía Bellina, who trained in London, who also brings to the showcase sweets such as crispy apple and lemon cake (with English inspiration). There are also sandwiches with different fillings (chicken with avocado; salmon, capers and cream cheese; etc.) to try with the bread that provokes the most.

The cheerful Ana Luisa or, as fans of her desserts know her better, Ana Avellana, is the face of this charming bakery (bakery-pastry shop) that she created from the memories of her experience in the US.
