El Chato has always sought to take Colombian gastronomy to another level through its inputs, for which it offers the Tasting Menu made up of twelve courses in which guava, heart of palm, lobster, guatila, banana stand out. maduro, the lulo and even the big-assed ants. This menu has an approximate value of 119 dollars and is quite an experience. Also, and as a recommendation, if you sit at the tables on the second floor you will be able to see the kitchen and the preparation of each of the dishes.

In addition, it is a very personal restaurant for the chef of El Chato, because it bears the name of his nine-year-old daughter’s favorite story.
