Preparation:
Blend the chickpeas with the broth, beet powder, nutritional yeast, liquid smoke, paprika and salt. We transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the gluten flour. We mix very well and knead for 10 minutes. We let it rest for 20 minutes. We form 4-6 balls and shape them with a rolling pin. We seal in a pan to maintain the shape.
