Siete Sopas arrived at Santa Anita: this is what’s new about its menu and its entertainment area

The flavor of a soup is always comforting, and they know that at Siete Sopas. With more than seven years in the Peruvian market, the restaurant chain begins a new adventure, the inauguration of the new location in the Santa Anita adventure mall. What’s new?

“On each visit, we seek to ensure that the customer leaves with the total experience, from the moment they enter our premises. The secret to all our meals is the passion we put into cooking something and that will be felt from the first bite,” Siete Sopas store manager James Meza begins to tell Provecho.

The arrival of this new headquarters coincided with the renewal of the menu for all its locations in Lima and Trujillo, without losing the essence of the business: soups. “We have added dry northern, ají de gallina, chicken in stroganoff sauce, poor-quality churrasco and a classic that we had before, which is tacu tacu with loin,” says Meza.

We tried these strong dishes, and without a doubt, the homemade flavor is what we can rescue the most from it. In the case of the tacu tacu with lomo, the compact block of beans and rice with a crispy crust is perfectly complemented by the juicy loin that mixes creole and oriental flavors.

Grilled chicken with mashed potatoes, a new addition that stands out for the creaminess of the mashed yellow potatoes and the juicy fillet cooked on hot coals.

On the other hand, chicken in stroganoff sauce with puree, whose creaminess, creamy flavor and exact point of salt makes it not overpowering. In the case of the classic and filling churrasco a lo poor, the 350 grams of meat, with egg, banana and rice, is a perfect ally for those who come to Siete Sopas very hungry.

“Our new dishes are strong because we understand that Peruvians eat well. In addition, we conduct daily customer surveys to find out their preferences or what they want to add to the menu. Many of them have told us about well-served dishes,” says Meza.

Chicken in stroganoff sauce, juicy piece of chicken in creamy mushroom sauce. Accompanied by rice and golden potato.
Poor style steak. A total of 300 grams of grilled steak accompanied by French fries, ripe banana and fried egg. A dish without a doubt strong.

Soups and toads, new entertainment area

The arrival of Siete Sopas to Santa Anita – in addition to coinciding with the renewal of the menu – brings with it a new area for customers. Meza tells us that this entertainment area seeks to interact more with customers. “Now we have the classic toad game, which is very traditional in Peru, in which you can win many prizes,” he says.

To participate in this game, you need a minimum consumption of S/ 40 and you can win many prizes, even a trip to Cusco.
