A new ‘All you can eat’ of snacks and cocktails in the heart of Miraflores? Find out where to enjoy it

“What we offer are mini concerts inside the hotel. It is a global trend, but in Peru we implemented it when we saw the need for people to meet,” Janeth Flores, General Manager of Ibis Larco Miraflores, tells Provecho. For this reason, they created the Ibis Music proposal, which combines all you can eat snacks and drinks, presented by the Q Ceviche restaurant.

The menu is varied and offers options for all tastes, from softer and fresher snacks such as makis, which can be enjoyed in three versions: furai, acevichado and california; to heartier options like crispy wings, served with a spicy sauce. The cocktails range from the traditional Chilcano to a good gin tonic either Screwdriver.

Our experience

The first difference that Ibis Music presents is that the all you can eat It is not presented as a buffet, but rather the possibility of eating snacks and cocktails served at the table. The service is quite good, friendly and fast, so the bites do not stop coming. One point to clarify is that you can order two varieties of snacks and a drink at the same time.

We start with the most delicious snack of the available options: the beef spring rolls. It consists of rolls of dough fried to perfection, filled with shredded meat and seasoned with the perfect amount of salt. Crispy, with a generous filling and served with very picturesque little flowers, this dish became a favorite that we would order again.

We accompany it with a Screwdriver (or screwdriver), a cocktail that combines orange juice with vodka and is quite simple, but fulfilling and balanced in its acidic and sweet flavor.

Other options we recommend are baos, small steamed buns filled with teriyaki chicken or pork. They come with a touch of sauce, spinach and threads of sweet potato or fried potatoes. We also tried the pizza, a decent option that presents a personal version with a tomato sauce with sweet touches, cheese, ham and is topped with touches of arugula, which gives it freshness and a more interesting flavor.

We recommend the spicy wings, with a delicious smoky BBQ sauce. Powerful, well cooked and very tasty, it is one of the snacks that we enjoy the most. The last drink we tried was the Pisco Tonic, one of the strongest on the menu. It is quite fresh thanks to the citrus pieces and perfect for those who enjoy sweet-free drinks.

With a comfortable atmosphere, live music, pleasant snacks and a good variety of cocktails, Ibis Music It is an interesting option to share a pleasant moment.
