Green noodle recipe: learn how to prepare a simple, cheap and delicious dish

Whether served alone or with a generous breaded steak, this dish can be a must on our weekly menu. Few ingredients, few steps and little time allow us to achieve one of the most delicious dishes that we can make at home. This is the recipe for three servings:

Ingredients:

◦ 250gr of spaghetti (or the pasta of your choice).

◦ 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

◦ 1/2 chopped onion.

◦ 2 cloves of garlic.

◦ 1 bag of spinach (150g).

◦ 1 handful of basil (approximately 30 leaves).

◦ 100g of fresh cheese.

◦ 1/2 cup of evaporated milk.

◦ 5 soda or vanilla crackers.

◦ 1 cdta of salt.

◦ Optional: Parmesan to serve.

preparation:

In a frying pan over medium heat with a splash of oil, brown the onion and garlic (don’t worry if they are whole, because we are going to blend them). Next, we add all the spinach and a handful of basil. We leave it on the fire for 5 minutes. After that, we put the whole mixture to liquefy, add soda biscuit, evaporated milk, a pinch of salt and fresh cheese. Blend until smooth. We pour into the pan and mix with the cooked noodles.
