Green noodle recipe with steak

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams spinach leaves
  • 100 grams basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 30 grams of fresh cheese in cubes
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 steak of 140 grams
  • 200 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • 140 grams of cooked spaghetti
  • salt and pepper

PREPARATION

In a saucepan over high heat with boiling water, blanch the spinach and basil for one minute. Remove, strain and go through cold water. Remove, drain and reserve. Over medium heat, heat half the oil and brown the onion and garlic for four minutes. Add the spinach and basil, stir and add the cheese and milk. Cook for a minute, season with the cumin and pepper, and remove. Blend until the green sauce is formed and reserve. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Over high heat, heat the remaining oil and brown it on both sides. Add the broth and the soy sauce, let it reduce for three minutes and correct the seasoning. Add the parsley and cilantro, and reserve hot. In a skillet over medium heat, mix the green sauce with the spaghetti. Serve with the steak.
