The Peruvian team completed its second day of training at the gates of the double date

The Peruvian team will face Uruguay in Montevideo in less than two weeks (March 24) for the Qatar 2022 Qualifiers. The ‘Blanquirroja’ is fifth with 21 points, while the ‘Celeste’ is in fourth place with 22 points so the meeting between both teams can decide the direct quota of one of the two.

For this reason, the ‘Bicolor’ coach, Ricardo Gareca, prepares for the duel against those led by Diego Alonso and five days later against Paraguay in Lima. In that sense, the ‘Tiger’ completed his second day of training on Tuesday at the command of those summoned by the local tournament.

The team’s Twitter account published photos showing Christian Ramos, Angelo Campo, José Carvallo, Alex Valera, Josepmir Ballón, Jhilmar Lora, among others. They participated in the full practice meeting in La Videna against sparrings like Leonardo Rugel, Carlos Cuenca, Ánghelo Flores, Farih Ortega, Said Santibañez, Stefano Olaya, Sebastien Pineau and Thiago Cantoro.

In the same way, last Monday, these players worked on physical tests in the gym at the FPF Sports Complex. Aldo Corzo, Horacio Calcaterra, Yoshimar Yotún and the others practiced some exercises.
