Portugal went on to the next round of the playoffs to qualify for the Qatar 2022 World Cup after beating Turkey. The Portuguese team was complicated in the match, however, they liquidated the key in the final minutes by scoring 3-1.

At 90′+4′, those led by Stefan Kuntz all went on the attack with the aim of leveling the match. However, Rafael Leao took advantage of a counterattack to provide a spectacular assist to Matheus Nunes who entered the area without a mark.
