Almost a month after its premiere, “TheBatman” It continues to be one of the most watched films worldwide. The film directed by Matt Reeves and with Robert Pattinson as the protagonist was very well received, so the production decided to give fans a “gift” by releasing a deleted scene starring the Joker.

After its great reception in theaters worldwide, “The Batman” officially presented a deleted scene with one of the best kept secrets that Matt Reeves had, the presence of the Joker, played by actor Barry Keoghan.

The aforementioned scene shows Robert Pattinson’s Batman and the Joker in the Arkham facility. The ‘Knight of the night’ was looking for this character since he is a “serial killer” and his knowledge could help him find the whereabouts of the Riddler.

During the interrogation, the Joker gains access to the Riddler’s case file and gives Batman some clues about the other serial killer. The talk goes out of context when Joker says that with his presence the situation will change, realizing that Batman also serves as an inspiration for criminals who are not afraid of him.

In addition to the revealing dialogue, the scene also serves as a new look at Barry Keoghan’s Joker, showing the terrifying details of Batman’s foe.

It should be noted that the scene also bears some resemblance to the interrogation between Detective Clarice Starling (Jodie Foster) and serial killer Doctor Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) in 1991’s “The Silence of the Lambs.”
