Christofer Gonzáles would be in Vélez’s plans

From Florida to Liniers. Christofer Gonzales would be close to returning abroad after becoming a figure of Sporting Crystal. According to Argentine media, the steering wheel is one of the reinforcements that Alexander ‘Cacique’ Medina would ask for to put on the tracksuit Velez.

The “Fortín” would be looking for four reinforcements requested by the former coach of Inter de Porto Alegre and one would be “Canchita”, who stands out in League 1 and is regularly summoned by Ricardo Gareca to the Peruvian team.

According to the Argentine press, Vélez thinks of Gonzáles to strengthen his midfield, while goalkeeper Salvador Ichazo from Uruguay’s River Plate would also be on the agenda, along with a central defender and a scorer.

If his transfer to Vélez is finalized, ‘Canchita’ would follow in the footsteps of Luis Abram, who went from Sporting Cristal to the Argentine team in 2018.

Gonzáles, 29, would assume his second experience abroad in his prime after defending the colors of Colo Colo in Chile.
