Former ASSE player Yohan Mollo believes he was defrauded “of 10 to 15 million euros” by his agents

“Everything I’ve done in my life has been for nothing, everything has been taken from me. In a video posted by the Carré media on social networks, former professional footballer Yohan Mollo (32) recounts having been the victim during his career of an “organized gang scam” on the part of his two ex-agents. . The attacking midfielder trained at AS Monaco, best known for his time in Ligue 1 at AS Saint-Etienne (from 2013 to 2015), claims to have been “manipulated and defrauded up to 10 to 15 million euros” .

According to his testimony, Yohan Mollo thought he was saving most of his professional player salaries on life insurance, in order to benefit from it for his post-career. But for ten years, he was “the sheep to bleed”. “Loans have been taken out by my agents on my behalf,” he says. They had the access codes for my accounts and my checkbooks. In addition to their commissions, they took my salaries, they took my life. »

Currently a player at the amateur level, in Hyères-Toulon (National 2), Yohan Mollo indicates that he is “banned from banking”. He awaits a judgment next September and he delivers a message to professional footballers: “Stop being stupid and take an interest in what you are doing. I’m the same as you, I don’t want to stick my nose in the papers. It’s unfortunate but if you don’t do that, you’re going to die”.
