New gold medal: Alejandra Bramont-Arias triumphs at the 2022 Bolivarian Games

The Peruvian delegation continues to gift the country with victories in the 2022 Bolivarian Games. This Sunday’s day began with two gold medals thanks to the victories of María Alejandra de Osma (women’s slalom) and Hugo del Castillo (men’s individual poomsae).

Now, Alejandra Bramont-Arias raised the name of Peru by winning a gold medal. The national representative reached the first place in the open water swimming test in the 5000 meter modality.

The national team stood out in badminton because it came in first place in men’s doubles, women’s doubles, mixed, mixed teams and women’s singles to get five gold medals. Jovana De La Cruz won last Friday in the 10,000 m, while Ximena Zorrilla beat her rivals in the hammer throw. Along the same lines, César Rodríguez (35 km walk), Daniella Borda (female skeet), Gracia Carrillo (female optimist), Caterina Romero (sunfish) and Mckenna Victoria De Bever (200-meter medley) won first place in their respective disciplines.
