Alireza Safar Beiranvand, goalkeeper for the Iran national team, had a rough debut at the World Cup Qatar 2022. In the duel that he had been playing against England, the goalkeeper suffered a severe blow to the face that caused him to be replaced before the first 20 minutes of the match.
